Macroalocasia triangularis, the Swan Arum
The Swan Arum, Macroalocasia triangularis is a stunningly beautiful plant reminiscent of some plants in the genus Alocasia on Earth. The name, "Swan Arum", derives from the appearance of the petioles and leaves. Each petiole is like a swan's body and curved neck, with the leaf looking like an outrageous headdress hiding the swan's head.
Macroalocasia is often found near the coast on younger archipelagos, usually in habitat with Pinnatidendron and Dendroaglaonema.
